It seems like Donald Trump’s strategy is to combat any accusation with something more eye-opening to change the conversation.

It’s a tactic that’s had mixed results since he decided to run for president. Now, he’s trying to call everyone’s bluff and his lawyers are reportedly filing legal documents over his alleged affair with pornstar Stormy Daniels.

TMZ obtained the docs from Trump’s legal team claiming Daniels broke their nondisclosure agreement at least 20 times and they’re seeking $1 million per alleged breach, which they’re saying total $20 million.

Daniels is claiming their “hush” agreement was never valid because Trumped used an alias and never actually signed the agreement. Subsequently, Trump’s Lawyer reportedly paid Stormy $130,000 to stay silent about the alleged 2006 affair just a week before the 2016 election.

Stormy Daniels has expressed her desire to fully tell her encounters with Donald Trump. She is seeking help through an online fundraiser to help pay off the legal fee against Trump to return the six-figure payment.
