A video of a 17-year-old boy in Milwaukee explaining how someone stole the keys to his car while he was sleeping and crashed it into a home has people asking many questions.

"I just bought the car," car owner Navarus Campbell told FOX6. "I don't have insurance yet. I haven't even got it fully registered yet."

Campbell claimed that while he was asleep, someone stole his keys and drove away in his Chevy Impala. Eventually the car jumped the curb and crashed into a home where a 90-year-old woman lives.

"Somebody stole my car," Campbell told FOX6. "Here I come walking down the street and I actually see my car in a house.”

The homeowner's daughter told reporters that her elderly mother, who lives alone, was shaken by the crash but thankfully not injured.

Campbell was scared as well.

"This is the most scariest thing I've ever seen. Someone could have been sitting right there -- could have been dead and gone," said Campbell.

Although Campbell said he doesn't know how the thief snatched his keys, commenters on The Shade Room think they know exactly how it happened, because it didn’t happen.

“No insurance, no registration... someone stole his keys while he slept. Yeah... ok,” commented @dmwats918.

Others were quicker to accuse Campbell of driving his own car into the home.

“So he was ‘sleeping’ in the house but arrived at the scene? Dude, you were driving. Stop lying,” wrote @carmelizedcat.

“Soooooooooooo you just bought this new car ...... And as u decided to walk down the street .......you missed that ur car was not in the driveway.... I'ma just sit this one out,” commented @charmedstar.
