A New Jersey police officer is under investigation after a viral video shows him punching a young mother on a beach in front of onlookers.
The cop allegedly slugged the 20-year-old woman in the head twice while trying to handcuff her, according to video that has surfaced of the incident.

The video also shows the officer straddling the woman in the sand and ordering her to “stop resisting.” She was later identified as Emily Weinman, according to the New York Daily News, and during her violent arrest, yelled, "You're not allowed to hit me like that! I didn't do anything wrong."
Suffice to say, the incident got a lot of attention after the video hit social media. Surprisingly, T.I. was one of the ones to repost it and a caption about the injustice.
He even checked commenters who said Black people should care about white people at the receiving end of police violence.
