Man Impregnates 10-Year-Old Girl Who Testified Against Him In Molestation Case

34-year-old Nicholas Thrash has been sentenced to 160 Years in prison.

Nicholas Thrash will be spending the rest of his life behind bars for numerous unspeakable crimes he committed against a young girl.

The 34-year-old was found guilty of 10 counts of molestation with a girl beginning when she was just eight years old. According to the Washington Post, the now-convicted child rapist from Indiana told the jury he had never had sex with the girl and claims her mother used his semen to impregnate her via artificial insemination.

That girl, who is now 12, gave birth to a boy in September 2017. She was living with Thrash and her mother in Atlanta when the abuse began with it carrying on after the trio moved to Indiana.

According to reports, the minor’s mother attempted to get an abortion for her daughter but was denied help. The mother also faces charges for encouraging her daughter to lie about who the father was, neglect and assisting a criminal. She allegedly said the father was a schoolboy and not Thrash.

Earlier this year, the girl heroically testified against her attacker. She claims Thrash molested her 15 times before they moved to Indiana. During the investigation, the DNA discovered on the girl’s underwear was Thrash’s and authorities began searching for him.

The girl’s mother is scheduled to appear in court on October 9. It isn’t clear if she knew about her daughter’s abuse. Thrash will have to serve 136 years before he’s eligible for parole.

The young girl is being helped by the state and is receiving treatment. Her daughter was put up for adoption.
