Just days after an anti-Semitic shooter opened fire in a Pittsburgh synagogue, killing 11 people, President Donald Trump has once again directed blame at the media.
Over the weekend, a gunman attacked the congregants at the Tree of Life synagogue in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This act of terror occurred just days after a Trump supporter sent a series of pipe bombs to top Democratic critics of Trump, including former President Barack Obama.
After the MAGA bomber, Trump said the media is culpable for the anger we see in the country. His response was no different after the Pittsburgh shooting.
"There is great anger in our Country caused in part by inaccurate, and even fraudulent, reporting of the news," Trump tweeted Monday.
Trump referred to the "Fake News Media" as "the true Enemy of the People," and said journalists "must stop the open & obvious hostility & report the news accurately & fairly. That will do much to put out the flame."
As Trump continues to attack the media, who were literally sent a bomb because of his rhetoric, people have slammed the president as being a "dangerous" "authoritarian" who does not care if his citizens are being killed.
