The middle school girl whose mom went viral for confronting a classroom over bullying has been suspended for sharing the video.

On May 14, video of Christian Tinsley, pictured above, warning a classroom full of students at Niguel Hills Middle School about what would happen if her daughter continued to get bullied was posted to Twitter.

  1. “If you all bully my daughter, if you look at her the wrong way, if you breathe the wrong way, send your mom to me,” she said in the viral clip. “Sisters, aunts, anybody over 18, I’ll f—k them all up. Do you understand me?”

Two days after the video went viral, Tinsley’s daughter, who was identified as Jade Prince, was reportedly suspended from school for sharing the video.

In an Instagram post shared on Jade’s profile, Tinsley says her daughter was suspended for three days even though she’s still getting bullied.

  2. “Jade can’t even stand up for herself. She has to miss three days of school, fall behind in her work, and miss the last solo choir auditions of her 8th-grade year,” Tinsley wrote on Jade’s post.

“She’s not aloud to post on social media but these bullies can post whatever they want and Mr. Amon and Mr. Smith the assistant principals told me that they couldn’t do anything about things being posted online after school! So why the hell is my daughter suspended. -Jade’s Mom,” the post concluded.

For her part in the incident, Tinsley was banned from the school, the Capistrano Unified School District confirmed.

Tinsley says she doesn’t regret her actions.

"Kids are committing suicide every day because they're getting bullied, and I don't want that for my daughter," she told WKYC. "And so, what do I do when my daughter's afraid to go to school?"

According to Tinsley, her daughter Jade was repeatedly bullied by a group of boys since school began.

Last week, Jade was reportedly sexually harassed by one of the boys, who was suspended, reported WKYC.
