NSU Student Bit by Police Dog While Police Held Her Down - London Colvin, a student at Norfolk State University, says she was attacked by a police dog while being held down by Norfolk police, WAVY reports. She was left with a large gash in her leg and charged with disorderly conduct and arrest.
