Posted Jan. 16, 2008 – After a jury heard the case of Kevin Hill, a 20-year-old man accused of kidnapping and raping a teen in Baytown Tuesday, they wasted no time finding him guilty.

Hill's trial focused on just one teenager who said he was forced to perform oral sex at gunpoint.

The Baytown teen, who is now 19, and is not being named due to the nature of the incident, told jurors that his attacker kidnapped him from his driveway near Houston and pistol-whipped him while forcing him to perform oral sex. He testified that he also thought his attacker was going to kill him, The Associated Press reports.

Hill, who's been penned as the Baytown stalker, is accused of sexually assaulting four more teens during an eight-month spree. He has pleaded not guilty to the attacks. His lawyer, Lane Linsey, said in court Tuesday that a confession that Hill gave to the Harris County Sheriff's Department in February may have been forced. Lindsay argued that there is  no videotape or audiotape of the confession, so it's hard to tell if the confession was legit.

But according to prosecutors, DNA tests revealed Hill's that it was Hill's semen found on the victim's shirt, adding that his confession revealed information that only the attacker could know, AP reports.

If convicted, Hill faces probation to multiple life sentences.
