Hacked: Michelle Obama

Computer hackers post online financial information on First Lady Michelle Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and others.

Published March 12, 2013

First Lady Michelle Obama is one of several victims of cyber-crime. The website, exposed.su, has posted sensitive financial information online, including what is alleged to be her social security number and a credit report that includes such details as bank and credit card account numbers.

"Blame your husband, we still love you, Michelle. <3," read a message that appeared with the post, Information Week reports.

The first lady is not alone. The hackers have reportedly also targeted Vice President Joe Biden, FBI director Robert Mueller and Attorney General Eric Holder.

Nor has the group limited itself to political figures. Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Donald Trump and Kim Kardashian are among a string of celebrities whose information has been posted online.

Although it's unclear whether all of the information the hackers have posted is real, the Secret Service is investigating the matter, Politico reports.
