Responding to Shelly Sterling’s accusations that she accepted unwarranted cars and property from Donald Sterling, V. Stiviano that she never slept with the billionaire.

Sterling’s former confidant is claiming that the banned owner of the Los Angeles Clippers is gay and that she was given the items in exchange for being Donald’s cover of a girlfriend, TMZ Sports is reporting. She also says that she never slept with Sterling.

The claims are part of Stiviano’s defamation lawsuit against the Sterlings in which she is seeking at least $10 million for being labeled a thief and embezzeler.

TMZ Sports obtained the lawsuit that was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Part of it has Stiviano reportedly stating that she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males."

Stiviano also alleges that Shelly Sterling was "acutely aware of [Donald’s] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano]."
