Warren Sapp Could Face Jail Time After Blowing Plea Deal in Prostitution Case

Football Hall of Famer's recent domestic violence incident may have him behind bars.

Oh, Warren.

The plea deal that Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Sapp reached in his prostitution solicitation arrest could be thrown out as a result of the latest domestic violence charges against him.

TMZ Sports is reporting that part of the plea deal stipulated that Sapp stay out of trouble in exchange for the charges to be thrown out. Since he failed to live up to his end of the deal by catching a domestic violence charge for an alleged assault on his girlfriend, stemming from an April incident, Sapp now runs the risk of being sent to jail for 30 days with two years of probation.

Prosecutors in Arizona, where Sapp was arrested for prostitute solicitation shortly after the Super Bowl in February, filed new court documents seeking to hold the former defensive tackle and fired NFL Network analyst responsible.

If the judge signs off on the docs, it could mean instant jail time for Sapp.
