Adidas Delivers Truckload of Sneakers to James Harden's Doorstep

The Beard won't be rocking Jordans again.

Chances are James Harden won't be caught rocking Jordans by the paparazzi anymore.

To officially usher in his new deal with Adidas, the brand delivered a truckload of sneakers to the Houston Rockets' All-Star shooting guard's doorsteps as part of a viral ad Thursday. Basically, more sneakers than the Beard would ever know what to do with.

In August, Harden cashed in on a 13-year, $200 million endorsement deal with Adidas, although he was still seen wearing Jordans from competitor Nike. That prompted Adidas to give him a warning not to wear Jordans again because part of their deal was for Harden to promote Adidas's lifestyle brand off the court.

With Adidas unable to optimize Derrick Rose's sneaker because of his injuries and shoes for John Wall and Damian Lillard falling flat in sales, the sneaker company hopes that Harden can help return the spotlight on the brand, especially within basketball circles.
