Zach LeVine is letting his generosity side shine these days.
Not only did he impress fans by winning the annual Slam Dunk Contest during NBA’s All-Star Weekend back in February, for the second year in a row we may add, but he has since put his winnings from the contest to best possible use.
As reported, LeVine donated his $10,000 prize to the Metro Deaf School in St. Paul, Minn., to help with wrapping up construction efforts on a new kitchen. Prior to the generous contribution from LeVine, the school was relying on catered meals.
Not only is the Minnesota Timberwolves point guard being kind with his money, but he is also being charitable with his time. He will serve breakfast directly to the students as part of the kitchen’s unveiling once it is completed.
Cue the aww’s and LeVine, keep up the awesome.
