Twitter Freaks Out After Steph Curry Tweets at a Porn Account

Does Ayesha need to check his mentions?

Published May 4, 2016

Steph Curry's Twitter fingers got him in a little bit of trouble on Wednesday!

The NBA champion and MVP continues to rehab a knee injury that he suffered earlier in the playoffs. Hours after the Warriors went 2-0 up on the Portland Trailblazers, Curry tweeted off a congratulatory message and tagged a number of his teammates. He also accidentally tagged a spam porn profile — something his followers gleefully pointed out.

Shockingly, no one got a screenshot before he deleted the tweet, but several fans still responded to the mistake.

This was clearly just one big misunderstanding, but its likely he had some explaining to do once Ayesha checked her husband's mentions. It's also proof that even the virtually perfect Steph Curry can make mistakes. Good thing the entire Twitterverse was there to let him know!

Steph has been missing the court lately, but his team has been chugging on without him as he rehabs. Check out the record breaking season the Warriors had with BET Breaks:
