Upon learning Wednesday's news that the New York Knicks landed Derrick Rose in a five-player trade, the internet did everything from dragging the former NBA MVP for his history of injuries to shading the Chicago Bulls for giving him up for so little in return.
But leave it to Gilbert Arenas to offer the most unique take on the big trade. No Chill Gil, as he's known as on Instagram, went on a wild rant about the news like only he can.
We're in tears about the former NBA All-Star saying that Knicks president Phil Jackson acquired Rose for two scratch-and-sniff lotto tickets, one of Shawn Kemp's nine kids and a bootleg copy of a #RiRi CD.
Aw, man. Sorry Robin Lopez, Jose Calderon and Jerrian Grant, the players the Knicks sent to Chicago in exchange for Rose, fellow guard Justin Holiday and a 2017 second-round draft pick. Arenas doesn't think too highly about ya'll.
He laid it on heavy, but let's keep it 100 — Jackson did commit highway robbery with this deal. No doubt about it.
But Arenas was only getting warmed up, somehow, some way, managing to drag the likes of Ayesha Curry, D'Angelo Russell and even Caitlyn Jenner into his insane IG rant.
What does Caitlyn have to do with the Knicks trading for D. Rose? Well, peep, as Gilbert weaves it all together.

Shaking our heads.
No Chill Gil will say absolutely anything.
