Nike Reveals Look at Kevin Hart's Intense Training Regimen

And it's no laughing matter.

You don't get to be the hardest working comedian in Hollywood without putting some blood, sweat and tears into it like Kevin Hart does.

A Nike Training clip, uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday, reveals a look at Hart's grueling regimen... and it's no laughing matter, to say the least.

"As my career started to grow, my schedule was relentless," Hart says to start the short video. "I was working 14-hour days, six days a week. I was putting a toll on my body and I got a good look at myself on camera one day and I thought to myself, 'People are paying money to see me. If I'm nowhere near the top of my game, then I'm cheating those who support me the most.' So, I said, 'Why not be the best version of myself possible?'"

From there, Hart talks his bond with his personal trainer and adapting to 365 days of living and eating better. With the mantra of "no excuses, no days off," Hart gives fans a revealing look at his 5:30 a.m. daily training sessions, which include everything from push-ups to heavy rope lifting and elevated leg lifts.

Despite this being an intense workout regimen, Hart couldn't help sneaking in a joke, calling himself a "Jack terrier with attitude."
