Miko Grimes' Twitter fingers have no chill.
And her NFL husband may be losing millions because of them.
The Miami Dolphins cut cornerback Brent Grimes this week, when he was slated to earn $8 million for the upcoming 2016 NFL season. While Grimes turning 33 this July and the Dolphins saving money have something to do with his release, many media outlets are also pointing a finger at his wife's behavior as part of the reason for the move and that no other NFL team has scooped him up in free agency thus far.
In fact, on Thursday, Bleacher Report ran an insider story about three NFL general managers refusing to sign Grimes because of his wife's antics. Sheesh.
When Miami Herald reporter Armando Salguero wrote a story about the Dolphins possibly being fed up of Miko's antics, she ripped him to shreds on Twitter.
“That fat b**** Armando thinks he’s safe from bullets bc we might be released is the funniest part of this whole things,” Grimes tweeted Monday night.
Her tweet came after she's already publicly criticized Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill, tweeting, "I knew this qb stunk the minute we got signed to this team but I tried to keep quiet so I didn't discourage bae from believing in this team," following Miami's late-December loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
It didn't help that just three months before that, in September, Miko was arrested on charges of battery on a cop for an incident in the parking lot of Miami's Sun Life Stadium. Those charges, along with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, were later dropped.
Still, all that has happened has seemingly taken its toll.
Will an NFL team pick up Grimes?
