Kobe Bryant's Final All-Star Game Jersey Sold for a CRAZY Amount

Hint: In the six-figure range.

Getting a piece of NBA history isn't cheap — especially when it belongs to Kobe Bryant.

Well... used to belong to Kobe Bryant.

Sports Illustrated is reporting that the Black Mamba's final game-worn NBA All-Star Game jersey sold for a record-high $100,040 on NBA Auctions on Thursday night. Damn!

The five-time NBA champion, former league MVP and 18-time All-Star only scored 10 points in the February 14 game, but of course, the bidder was paying for the future Hall of Famer's legacy, what he has meant to the game of basketball over the past 20 years, and the last uniform of its kind.

To put Kobe's final All-Star Game jersey fetching just over $100,000 in perspective, Sports Illustrated points out that LeBron James's game-worn jersey from his first game back as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers was sold for $50,040 and Stephen Curry's 2016 All-Star Game jersey went for $45,000.

If you didn't have the 100 racks to compete with the winning bidder for Kobe's jersey, you could still snag the All-Star Game-worn shorts he rocked last month. They're currently priced at $1,131 on the auction block, with less than a week before it closes. But you already know that price is going up... and quickly.

Now, just imagine how much his game-worn Los Angeles Lakers jersey from his final NBA game (April 13) will go for...
