Steph Curry's Instagram Like Of LeBron's Struggling Cavs Quote Was A "Total Accident"

Hopefully this was all an elaborate pre-April fool's jab.

Published April 1, 2017

The Cleveland Cavaliers/Golden State Warriors rivalry has mostly been subtle.

A jab here a jab there. Nothing too overt. Well, that sort of kind of changed recently when Steph Curry’s Instagram account liked a Bleacher Report graphic of a LeBron James quote.

The Cavs’ forward reportedly said, “We’re just in a bad spot” to reporters recently after his team lost five out of the last seven games. Well, that graphic was posted on the Bleacher Report’s IG, and Curry liked it.

From outward appearances it looked like Steph was throwing a little shade on The King… or maybe not. According to ESPN’s Ethan Sherwood, who spoke with Curry, the Warriors pointguard’s liking of the B/R IG photo was a “total accident.”

What do you think? Was this to further get under the Cavs’ and LeBron’s skin or was it actually an accident? Let us know in the comments section below.
