Klay Thompson Shows Exactly Why He Never Tries 360 Dunks in NBA Games

Stick to those rivers, lakes and 3-pointers you're used to.

Klay Thompson is an exceptional 3-point shooter. In fact, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better duo from beyond the arc than him and Steph Curry.

  1. Dunking-wise though? Let’s just say Klay isn’t entering the dunk contest on NBA All-Star Weekend any time soon.

The Golden State Warriors shooting guard was in China over the weekend and decided to put on a little show for the fans there. The NBA is increasingly becoming an international sport, but unfortunately for Klay, his complete failure at trying to make a 360 dunk has probably been seen by just about everyone now.

Video captured by someone in the audience shows Thompson trying twice to do the difficult slam but getting rejected both times. The second time was particularly bad, sending the All-Star to the pavement.

    Stick to those 3's, fam.
