The Ball family sure knows how to get people talking.
Just over a month away from the start of the 2017-18 NBA season, Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball jumped onto his Twitter account last night and teased his first official rap single, "Melo Ball 1," named after his brother.
The track, being posted on iTunes today, set off a whirlwind of reactions, ranging from people telling him to "just play basketball" to "lemme find out Zo got Big Baller bars" and everything in between. Take a look at the no-chill responses to Lonzo's single.
Any way you look at it, people lost it reacting to the single.
Do you agree?
Lonzo Ball following in line as the next great Laker who rapped early on, and proved to be one of the greatest players of all time? We'll see about that.
More reasons why the internet is undefeated. No chill whatsoever.
Big Baller Bars ... we see what you did there.
People ethered the 19-year-old Ball for saying "ain't nobody listens to Nas, anymore" during the debut episode of the basketball family's reality show, Ball in the Family.
We're done.
