Ayesha Curry Had This Classy Clap Back For Donald Trump
Ayesha Curry’s been known to stand up for her man whether it be on or off the court.
Staying true to that, Steph’s wife decided to clap back at Donald Trump after he came at the Golden State Warriors point guard for deciding not to make a trip to the White House in honor of his team’s win in the 2017 NBA Finals.
Trump tweeted, “Going to the White House is considered a great honor for a championship team.Stephen Curry is hesitating,therefore invitation is withdrawn!”
The 45th President’s statement was pretty weak because Steph Curry had already announced that he wasn’t going to make the trip to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. and wasn’t “hesitating.”
After she saw the tweet, Ayesha replied but did so without venom. Instead, she took the high road. “[Eye-roll emoji] Okay… Donate to earthquake relief here!!! [link provided].”
And she wasn’t through, either. “Also… https://hispanicfederation.org/donate,” she follow-up tweeted.
Good for her. LeBron’s clapback was enough anyway.
