Another day, another athlete being attacked on Twitter by President Trump.
A day after the celebrity-in-chief tweeted, "I should have left them in jail," regarding the UCLA basketball players arrested for shoplifting in China, Trump woke up with a different athlete on his mind Monday morning — Marshawn Lynch.
When Trump learned that the Oakland Raiders' running back stood for the Mexican national anthem, but sat during the U.S. national anthem before his team lost to the New England Patriots in Mexico City on Sunday, Trump tweeted at 6:25 a.m. ET today that the "NFL should suspend him for remainder of season."
Is the president aware that Lynch sat during the American national anthem for a majority of games over the course of his 10-year career?
Well, whatever the case may be, people saw Trump's tweet and went "Beast Mode" on the president with these no-chill reactions.
And there were plenty of reactions like this.
It gets crazier by the day.
Let that settle in for a minute.
Talk to 'em!
Plenty of people would sign up for that.
Well, Mr. President?
What a divisive mind in the Oval Office.
