Vikings' Everson Griffen Used The Nationally-Televised Thanksgiving Game To Ask People 'I Just Had A Baby Boy, What Should We Name Him?'

Any suggestions?

Everson Griffen had a Thanksgiving that he'll never forget yesterday.

According to ESPN, the Minnesota Vikings defensive end witnessed the birth of his son on FaceTime prior to his team's kickoff against the Detroit Lions yesterday.

And after sacking Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford as part of the Vikings' 30-23 win, Griffen lifted up his jersey and revealed his undershirt, which had a handwritten message, surveying the nationally-televised Thanksgiving audience.

"I just had a baby boy," the message read. "What should we name him?"

Take a look at the memorable moment.

"I was thinking about doing something, and I just thought of that," Griffen said after the game, as reported by ESPN. "You know, 'This will be funny.' I'm going to check [social media], but I called my wife first and foremost to make sure the baby is doing good and everything is good. She's good, the baby's good, so we're all excited."

Griffen's third son was born, weighing seven pounds and two ounces, joining older brothers, Greyson and Ellis, according to ESPN.

Griffen's fans more than came through, flooding the defensive end's Twitter account with name suggestions for the newborn baby boy.

What do you think Everson and his wife should name him?

As crazy as it sounds, ESPN pointed out that Griffen could possibly face a penalty for exposing his undershirt message, as the NFL prohibits players from altering their uniforms with personal messages. That fine would be $6,076.
