Serena Williams Just Added This Major Announcement To Her Incredible Grand Slam Win, Adorable Baby And Fairy-Tale Wedding Year

This is what has the tennis queen feeling so "honored and grateful."

What an incredible year it has been for Serena Williams

The tennis legend started 2017 defeating her sister, Venus, in the Australian Open in January to win her historic 23rd Grand Slam title, pulling within one major tournament win to match Margaret Court's 24 Grand Slam victories as the most of all-time. And Williams' life-changing year continued with her becoming a mom for the first time, delivering her precious baby girl, Alexis, in September, which was followed by her star-studded, fairy-tale wedding to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian just last month.

As if all that wasn't marvelous enough, the tennis GOAT took to her Instagram account Thursday morning to share another major announcement — that Nike is naming one of its new world headquarter buildings after her!

"What a year it has been. First a grand slam win followed by a awesome baby... than the most magical wedding. What next?" Williams wrote on her IG post, which was accompanied by a mock image for what the Nike building might look like. "How about a building!! Nike announced yesterday that one of its new world headquarters buildings will be named after me."

Take a look at her full post below.

Wow. Last year, Nike declared Serena as the "best" athlete of all time. And this announcement even surpasses that. Absolutely amazing.

Considering her unreal post-baby snapback body and reports that she has formally entered her name in the 2018 Australian Open and Serena could start off the New Year in historic fashion as well.

Serena just keeps adding new chapters to her greatness and we're all lucky enough to be witnesses.
