College Athletes Behaving Badly - Four former Vanderbilt College football players were indicted on five counts of rape, Monday. Brandon Vandenberg, 20, Brandon Banks, 19,  Jaborian "Tip" McKenzie, 19, and Cory Batey, 19, allegedly raped an unconscious woman in Vandenberg's dorm room. Georgia Tech’s Chris Bolden - Chris Bolden was arrested for a DUI in Gwinnett County, Georgia, Saturday, Aug. 3.  The 20-year-old sophomore guard was charged with DUI, purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor, speeding and improper lane change.  In addition, the basketball team’s assistant coach Josh Postorino was arrested for DUI in December and suspended from coaching for five games. Pettway and Eddie Williams were charged with second-degree robbery. Brent Calloway was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.
