She'll Have To - So much for forgive and forget in the Chris Brown case. Rihanna's lawyer says if the singer is called as a witness in Brown's assault case, she will testify. Attorney Donald Etra says she would be required by law to testify if she is subpoenaed for Brown's case. Brown's arraignment in the case is now set for April 6.

She Started It? - Meanwhile, Welford Hart, who lives with Chris Brown's mama, has alleged that the reason that RiRi got a beatdown from Brown is because she snatched off her heels and started to beat him first, according to the New York Post. Brown, who was arrested last month after allegedly assaulting Rihanna, faces more than four years behind bars if he's convicted.

‘Fight’ Texter Revealed? - The mystery woman who reportedly sent the "booty call" text message that started the whole "Chrihanna" saga was Brown's 40-year-old manager, Tina Davis. According to singersroom.com, the two were reportedly involved intimately. As previously reported, Rihanna was said to have become angry after reading the text message which led to Brown allegedly assaulting her. Brown allegedly punched Rihanna several times and told her, "I am going to kill you."

Planning a Book? - According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Brown and Rihanna plan to co-author a book about abuse and appear together on a number of talk shows, in an effort to rehab the singer's image. The deal reportedly includes a $10 million clause that says if he beats her again, he'll pay her that amount. According to the paper, the clause is a "commitment from him to her that he was serious about the fact that this will never happen again."

It’s True - Diddy says, "It's true." On "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Tuesday, he confirmed and defended the fact that he let Chris Brown and Rihanna stay at one of his homes to work out their domestic beef. While Diddy says he doesn't condone domestic violence, he said he stepped in as a means of support for the couple during their "dark time."

Busted for Drugs - Coolio is now facing drug charges in connection with his arrest at Los Angeles International Airport last week. Prosecutors say he's been hit with a count of cocaine possession, and he also faces a battery charge. Authorities say he grabbed an airport screener's arm to prevent the luggage search that turned up the drugs. He is free on $10,000 bail and is to be arraigned on April 3.

Jail Dispute - The ex-top aide and former lover of ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is in the news again. An attorney for Christine Beatty has filed a motion disputing the date of her release from jail. Beatty's lawyer says she was told by jail officials she could leave on March 16 after taking part in a release program. But now she's being told she won't get out until April 15. Beatty was sentenced to 120 days in jail for obstruction of justice in the firing of a police official.

New Gig - The Dallas Cowboys may not want him, but the Buffalo Bills do. So the Terrell Owens show heads to Western New York. The Bills have decided to take a chance on the high-maintenance but talented receiver. They signed him to a one-year deal worth $6.5 million. The signing deal comes two days after Owens was dumped by the Dallas Cowboys.

Can’t Sell - Michael Vick is having trouble just trying to move one of the homes in which he used to live. His home in a gated community near Atlanta went up for sale for $3.2 million Tuesday, but there were no serious bidders, at least none serious enough to fork over the payment of $160,000 needed just to start the bidding.

Make Room for Kandi - BET.com learned this week that DeShawn Snow's replacement on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is Kandi Burruss – a singer-songwriter from the platinum-selling '90s R&B girl group Xscape – which also included her best friend Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, who is T.I.'s girl. Snow told ESSENCE that a producer called her and said she was "too human for a circus show," and she "didn't fit in."

Joining the Cast - You can look for Gladys Knight to appear in Tyler Perry’s next film, "I Can Do Bad All By Myself." In the movie, which is currently in production, Knight will portray a church secretary. Oscar-nominated actress Taraji P. Henson and Brian J. White will also be joining the film's cast. "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" is set to hit theaters on Sept. 11.

She’s Singing?! - Ever heard Meagan Good sing? If not, you're about to. The actress revealed this week that she's preparing for her first album. The 27-year-old actress has reportedly been working with a vocal coach and has hooked up with The-Dream in the studio. Good, who says she's going for a more pop sound, is currently unsigned, but is already in talks with labels.

A Duet? - According to Entertainment Weekly, Chris and Rihanna are working on a duet for Brown's forthcoming CD, which is due out later this year. However, management teams for Brown and Rihanna have not confirmed it. The only thing RiRi's camp is saying is, "We have no comment. The only statements are the ones that have been released thus far."

He's Out - Meanwhile, Brown has taken his name off the shortlist for Nickelodeon's popular Kids' Choice Awards scheduled for March 28, after his nomination for favorite male singer and song sparked a controversy. Thousands of parents signed a petition calling on Nickelodeon to toss him out after his alleged attack last month on pop star Rihanna for which he now faces assault charges. Nickelodeon said it respects Brown's decision.
