5 Things You Can Do to Change Sh!#
A one-hour special on immediate actions viewers can take in the aftermath of police killings in order to implement long-term systemic change. This special will feature a videotaped package overview of the issues that led us to this point, VT set-up packages for each solution (highlighting where they are working and/or people who have made them successful) and in-studio guests to discuss and provide tangible calls-to-action. The tone is that of a group of smart, informed, involved and woke folks discussing what needs to happen next, a “kitchen cabinet” of leaders seeking to educate and prepare an audience in need of such. The special will have a robust digital element, including links to DOJ resources, local community oversight sites and other relevant guides.
