Sam Jackson plays an FBI agent sent to escort a witness on plane to testify against a notorious gangster. In order to stop the witness from testifying, the gangster puts dozens of vicious, poisonous snakes on the plane.

In order to keep the passengers safe, the FBI agent used his quick wits and FBI connections to find a way to defeat the snakes and capture the man behind the deadly plot.
