Rowland Talks Tina Knowles, Beyoncé and Empowering Women for ‘The Sydney Morning Herald'

To promote the premiere of The Voice Australia, Kelly Rowland did an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald where she credits Tina Knowles-Lawson for helping her find self-love. "She [Tina Knowles-Lawson] had all this artwork up and it was all these beautiful African-American or African artists. And she said, 'Look at your cheekbones, your cheekbones look like that. Look at your skin colour, your skin colour looks like that,'” Rowland revealed in the article.
