Beyoncé and Rihanna's Fave Designer Is Headed to H&M

This will be major.

H&M tapped a celeb-favorite designer for their next big collaboration, and we're already saving our pennies in anticipation.
Kenzo's Carol Lim and Humerto Leon will be teaming up with fashion retailer for their 2016 collection. Kenzo has styled stars like Beyoncé and Rihanna in the past, and now their collection of women's and men's clothing and accessories will arrive in over 200 H&M stores worldwide and online on November 3 following a mid October show at an as-yet undisclosed location.

H&M and Kenzo took to social media to announce the news:

Lim, Leon, and H&M creative advisor, Ann-Sofie Johansson say down with Vogue to discuss their joint future.

"We’ve had our eyes on Carol and Humberto at Kenzo for a few years. It seemed right to do the collaboration with them now. It’s totally different than the Balmain one; we really like to pick different designers, to show our customers different aesthetics," said Johansson.

When asked why the Kenzo designers felt like H&M was a good fit, both Lim and Leon had their own reasons. Lim said, "Collaborations are part of our DNA through Opening Ceremony. We’re in company with a great list of people who’ve done [collaborations with H&M], and it felt like a nice platform, to do something in a really big way."

"To us, the H&M collaborations have always felt like celebrations of the brands they’ve done them with. They’ve done them so well," Leon said. "They’re so iconic."
