Swaggy: Meet the Most Expensive Handbag Ever Sold

You won't believe what this baby sold for.

Got a few hundred thousand dollars lying around? We found one way for you to spend it.

Last week, Christie's auctioned off the most expensive handbag ever sold, and at $300,000, it must be very, very special. Described as "a piece of fashion history" by the auction house, this Hérmés matte white Diamond Himalaya Niloticus crocodile diamond Birkin 30 with 18k white gold and diamond hardware is only for the most balled out of ballers.

"The diamond pieces created by Hermes are exceptional, but none are nearly as iconic as the Himalaya," Christie's said in a press release prior to the sale. "It is believed that only one or two of the Diamond Himalayas are produced each year, globally, making it one of the lowest production runs for handbags."

Though there are probably only a handful of people who can afford an accessory like this, the identity of the buyer is still a secret. Of course, buying this for your lady is one way to get out of the dog house.
