Twitter user and activist Feminista Jones is leading a new hashtag movement, one that we can absolutely stand with. In fact, we really needed this.
Inspiring Twitter users to share examples of #BlackManJoy and what that means to him or her, the positive hashtag has since gone viral and is giving us all a reason to smile, remember what we are fighting for and overall is creating a safe space for people of color to celebrate joyously being unapologetically Black in the wake of this week’s tragic events.
