Newlywed Ciara slayed on her wedding day, as every bride should. Prior to the wedding, the R&B singer even looked stunning at her rehearsal dinner. The new Mrs. Wilson's boho-inspired Roberto Cavalli gown was elegant, chic and should even double as a summer staple.
Her custom Cavalli gown, designed by Peter Dundas, was the epitome of wedding fashion. Ciara didn't want it to be too much, according to Dundas in W Magazine, but he did "heavily" embellish the gown with "embroidery, appliques, beads [and] layers of tulle." Dundas even monogrammed the back of her gown with her and hubby Russell's initials. Aw! CiCi dished out this heartfelt sentiment on Instagram: "I wanted to wear a #Veil like my Mom... [Pete Dundas] surprised me with R.C.W Initials in the back at our second fitting. I was blown away by the detail, and thought!"
The Southern belle went out with a bang and even had custom Giuseppe Zanotti pumps for the final touch. To say the least, Ciara made for one fabulous bride.
