It’s not a secret that actress and church muva Meagan Good has one of the baaadest bodies in the game. What does she do to keep in shape?
According to Good’s Instagram account, her newest fitness fave is Taekwondo — and by the looks of it, she is not playing around.
Taekwondo, a Korean martial art, provides a range of health benefits such as all-around exercise, weight loss, confidence booster, self-discipline, flexibility and even self-defense. Seriously, who doesn’t need some of that?
For Good, who gets her Karate Kid on at the Soneca Martial Arts studio in Los Angeles, fitness is all about mixing it up. She’s also a huge fan of yoga, cardio and training with her husband, DeVon Franklin, and their trainer, Don Brooks.
Yes, Good does make it look effortless and easy, but according to Madame Noire, the star once wrote on social media, “Every morning when I get up I nine times out of 10 don’t feel like working out. But I made a commitment to myself and to my purpose in calling in life and I believe part of that entails being healthy and being in good shape so I can be available for all God has called me to.”
Amen! Hope her haters are taking notes.
