VFILES Runway is stepping their fashion week game way up, asking supermodel Naomi Campbell and rapper Young Thug to serve as mentors for the seventh season of their bi-annual runway show. Celebrity stylist Mel Ottenberg (who dresses Rihanna), makeup artist Pat McGrath and Fear of God designer Jerry Lorenzo will join them as mentors as well.

“We are incredibly excited to be consulting with Naomi, Pat, Jerry, Mel, and Jeffery as we prep for the seventh season of VFILES Runway. Each has an incredible vision and are also not scared to take risks where moving fashion forward is concerned,” said VFILES CEO and founder Julie Anne Quay in a statement.

“Fashion today belongs to the risk takers and those who will push the boundaries of their ideas and how they are communicated,” she added.

VFILES Runway is a competition that looks for the best up-and-coming designers, makeup and hair stylists, models, photographers and fashion stylists. The super talented finalists get to work with mentors and put on a fashion show on September 7, the day before New York Fashion Week hits Bryant Park this fall.

Past VFILES Runway winners have gone on to consult for Kanye Wests brand Yeezy and dress celebrities such as BeyoncéKylie Jenner, Madonna and Katy Perry, Page Six noted
