Rihanna has upgraded herself from sitting front row at Paris Fashion Week to having her very own collection's show moved there instead of New York Fashion Week.
On September 28, her Spring 2017 Fenty x Puma line will debut in the French capital, says Vogue. If you can’t score a ticket for the hour-long show, no worries. Tidal plans on live streaming it so no one will have to miss out.
And trust, RiRi is super excited.
“It’s a dream for me to be able to present my second collection of Fenty Puma by Rihanna in Paris,” she said in a press release. “I approached this season very differently and felt the theme and concept was best suited for one of my favorite cities, Paris,” she added.
This upcoming show promises to be different than her knockout debut in February at New York Fashion Week. It’s supposed to be more intimate and stray from a traditional runway show format, Vogue noted. Tres chic!
It can't be denied that the pop star has been an asset for Puma since signing on as their creative director in 2014. According to Complex, her sold-out sneakers helped increase their sales by 17.1 percent by the end of 2015, taking in a whopping $975 million.
