You Tried It: The 'New York Times' Attributes a Classic Hairstyle to Kendall Jenner

Josephine Baker is rolling in her grave.

In today's edition of "You Tried It," news publication The New York Times is under fire for a tweet they recently posted instructing their readers on how to get "Josephine Baker waves the Kendall Jenner way." Understandably, the Twitterverse let them have it and informed them that the way made famous by the iconic performer hasn't gone out of style.

The tweet is accompanied by a photo of Jenner and fellow model Bella Hadid rocking the slicked down short 'do that became Baker's signature all throughout her career. Take a look, below:

Twitter wasn't having it with the shade, so they let the NYT team know that Josephine Baker's way is just as relevant today as it was back then.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse.
