After her post-baby body left jaws on the floor in Kanye West's "Fade" video, Teyana Taylor got a double helping of side-eye for saying her perfectly sculpted physique was the result of dance, and nothing else.
While we're still not buying that she regularly feasts on pizza, mac 'n cheese and chicken wings — as she claims — now she can silence skeptics with an inside peek at her workout routine. Yesterday, Tey posted a teaser on Instagram for her brand new fitness site "Fade 2 Fitness," and promises that following her routine will yield similar results.
If that's the case, then "Fade 2 Fitness" couldn't go live soon enough. For now, though, we'll have to settle for pre-subscribing to the site. It's not clear when the membership-only site goes live or how much it will cost, but it sure looks like it's worth every penny:
