So Mariah Carey Is On A Diet Where She Only Eats Two Things

"It's the worst. But it works."

Mariah Carey is looking better than ever these days, but her svelte new body didn't come easy. According to the singer herself, her diet consists of only two things — no, not champagne and caviar.

"It's really hard. My diet, you would hate it," Carey told E! News recently. Keep scrolling to see what magic foods keep this mom-of-two looking great in lingerie and unitards.

"All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it," she admits. What? "I'm actually serious," she laughed, adding, "I try to stick with the proteins. It's the worst."

Those of us who don't have Mariah's iron will are happy to hold on to the bagels and cream cheese, thanks.
