Mariah Carey is not exactly known for being casual. She’s the ultimate diva and is accordingly constantly dressed in a gown. For example, yesterday she wore a black evening gown during the day to go shopping in Beverly Hills. And that was the least of it — Rodeo Drive is already pretty luxe. Mimi has worn gowns to locations where even sweats would suffice, like airplanes, the subway and, most excellently, a Colorado weed dispensary.
