Forever 21 Just Changed the Game With Their New Return Policy

Say buh-bye to shopper's remorse!

Forever 21 shoppers (aka any girl in the 14-25 age bracket that’s ever shopped) rejoice, because the restricted return policy that we’ve all come to hate is a thing of the past! The chain’s brick-and-mortar stores extended their old policy that only allowed for store credit or exchanges to now include full refunds. Under the new and improved terms customers have up to 30 days from their purchase date to get their money back on items with tags attached and original receipt. This goes for online purchases, too.

“One of the key successes we’ve had as a company is adapting to change and listening to our customers needs and wants," Linda Chang, VP of merchandizing at Forever 21, told Refinery29. "Updating our return policy is something we are pleased to give our customers in order for them to have the best shopping experience possible."

This is a big win for lovers of the fast fashion retailer who are often stuck with items that were purchased on a whim. Forever 21’s ridiculously low prices have a tendency to send shoppers into a frenzy, and what may have been started out as a little window shopping can quickly turn into a full-on new wardrobe.

But let’s face it, the power to reverse your Forever 21 binge might just have you hooked even more than before.
