First thing's first, leggings are super tight and don't allow a super healthy flow of oxygen, so to enjoy any unwanted bacteria festering for longer than you would want, definitely make sure to change your leggings after a workout and wash after each use.
Beyond that, there are plenty of feminine washes and products that you can use to keep that area hydrated and clean.
Many gynecologists recommend that you don't douche, since the vagina is actually a self-cleaning entity, but cleaning the outer labia and vulva is just as necessary as washing your face.
