It's expen$ive to be Nicki Minaj. She sure wasn't kidding when she rapped "these Chanel bags is a bad habit." This past weekend, she corroborated her claim yet again by bringing an impressive Chanel handbag to the club. Though her whole outfit was designer, in this case, her purse outshone the rest of her outfit, costing twice as much as the dress she wore.
Her club outfit consisted of two labels she stans for. The aforementioned House of Chanel, of course, led by Karl Lagerfeld, and Balmain. Nic is good friends with Olivier Rousteing, the creative director of Balmain, and is seen out with him frequently. It makes sense, then, why she would wear his $4,500 rainbow confection made of colorful glass beads. As we said, her purse cost more than mere chump change. The structured lambskin handbag ran her a cool $10,000.
It only makes sense for the queen of rap to dress like royalty!
