Fashionistas rejoice, you can finally wear Balmain — but this time on your lips!
It’s no surprise that L’Oréal Paris tapped Balmain’s social-savvy creative director, Olivier Rousteng, to partner for an exclusive lipstick collab. His garments have been seen on everyone from Kim Kardashian West to Nicki Minaj to Beyoncé.
Now, Olivier debuts his first-ever capsule collection of 12 lipsticks, which are divided into three themes: Glamazon, Rock, and Couture. And, from the looks of it, these bold, matte shades are not for the faint of heart.
Of course, the high-fashion ad campaign features top models of color (Balmain has been a champion for diversity!) including our girls Ysaunny Brito, Maria Borges, Cindy Bruna and Grace Bol. Yes, to all this #BlackGirlMagic
Our editors tested a few of the shades and a few standout colors include Liberation, Fever and Instinct. They look great on various skin tones, have a strong color payoff, and a smooth, creamy formula.
