Beyoncé's Hair Stylist Claps Back At Haters Over Natural Hair

"Underneath wigs and weaves, Black women have some of the most beautiful curly hair."

Last week, Beyoncé's hair stylist Neal Farinah started an internet frenzy when he shared that Queen Bey rocked her natural hair at the Sports Illustrated Awards.

Of course, doubters came in droves stating that Beyoncé could not possibly have such a lush, thick and healthy head of hair.

Errr, what? Have they seen Mama Tina, Solange or Blue? They have hair for days! See below for the look that almost broke the internet.

Neal took to his personal IG page share his dismay about all the nasty comments he received while promoting his work.

“Sometimes women make choices, and Black women are not the only ones who wear wigs, weaves, and pieces. Remember that!” he said to the camera.

“And underneath wigs and weaves? Black women have some of the most beautiful, curly hair. It’s a choice a woman makes — and that’s the choice a Black woman makes to wear wigs or weaves. If she wants to, ain’t nothing wrong with it!” he added.

“So, the myth about Black women not having hair…y’all think again ‘cause they have some of the most beautiful textured hair. Recognize!”

We couldn’t agree more. Celebrities change their hair so often, it’s only natural they’d opt for protective styles to prevent excessive damage.

But that doesn’t mean there’s nothing underneath. Ladies like Gabrielle Union, Blac Chyna, Kenya Moore and Angela Simmons have shown off serious inches without any qualms about it. Why should we doubt Beyoncé of all people?!

Whether or not you are a #BeyHive stan, do you think the hair hate is warranted or excessive? Let us know in the comments below!
