Serena Williams is the girl of the day — better yet, the week and weekend!
The tennis player’s nuptials and reception were meant to be top secret and exclusive of all photos and devices. However, the deets ARE HERE.
First things first, the bride danced to “Back That A** Up” in a short white Versace cocktail dress with a detachable skirt. Seriously, there is no way this could not have been a lit reception, because the moment “Cash Money taking over for the 99” drops, we know from experience people get crazy.
Apparently, the bride walked down the aisle in a strapless custom ball gown courtesy of Alexander McQueen, topped with a sheer, sparkly cape. But the most astonishing detail that was revealed is that her wedding jewels amounted to a whopping $3.5 million. Her bridesmaids wore custom convertible dresses by Galia Lahav in shades of white, cream and off-white.
Serena’s wedding is being exclusively covered by Vogue. We can’t wait to see all the lavish photos from her big day.
