Li-Ning and the Way of Wade team showcased the sixth iteration of three-time NBA champion’s fire kicks, the WoW6, this past weekend in Miami during Art Basel. The new edition of the sneakers comes with various improvements and personal upgrades by DWade himself.
Some of the personal touches include 15 Circles on the updated logo to represent DWade’s 15th NBA season with the 82 saw tooth around the logo representing the NBA’s 82 regular season games. Fire! Also, the two numbers on the interior facing side of each shoe represent coordinates of the location of Li-Ning brand headquarters, Beijing and Chicago — which is the birthplace of Dwyane Wade.
The signature sneakers are available now within the price range of $155-$165 with additional colorways on the way! Sneaker fans, in a new world where sneakers are starting to look alike, DWade didn't disappoint us as it relates to originality. A major win!
