Viola Davis Kicks Off Her Heels And Switches Into Silver Glitter Sneakers At The 2019 Emmys

The Emmys are televisions biggest night. Celebrities show up and show out in their best attire. Traditionally, everyone dons in extravagant gowns and 6'' inch heels. But how can you have a great night if your feet are hurting? 

If you think awards shows are long, remember that you're in the comfort of your own home watching the three-hour-long production. For the people who have to attend, there's prep, the red carpet pre-show, and then the actual show. 

Viola Davis made everyones night, switching out of her black, Stuart Weitzman heels into a pair of silver glitter New Balance sneakers, to present on stage.

Social Activist and eldest member of the "Exonerated Five," Korey Wise stayed true to his signature style sporting his tuxedo with Nike Air Max 97 sneakers on the red carpet. While young "This Is Us" star, Eris Baker looked stunning in an orange tutu dress with pink Nike Air Jordan 1's.

Sneakers being a trend this season, celebs no longer have to sacrifice comfort for style.
