Reports have surfaced that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West have sold their Bel Air compound — the very house that took so long to renovate, as chronicled on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, that Kanye & Co. moved in to his "baby mama's mama's house" for some time. And you won't believe the profit they turned on it.
Said Bel Air mansion was purchased by KimYe for a cool $9 million back in 2013. The house underwent significant remodeling efforts, all of which was shown on KUWTK, to better align with Kanye's penchant for minimalist style. The quest for Kanye-level perfection led the couple to co-habitate with #ProudMama Kris Jenner for nearly a year, all while Kim was preggo with Saint.
It's reported that the pair flipped the house for $17.8 million, meaning that they received nearly double what they paid for the pad. However, keeping the extensive renovations in mind, it's very possible that a lot of the work they put into it resulted in this monetary payday.
